Terms, Conditions & Refunds
Refund Policy
Payment in full is required at the time of manuscript submission. Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided the analysis process has not yet begun. After this 24-hour window, refunds will not be issued as work will have commenced.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to EmoChicken_Editing@outlook.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the request.
Changes to the selected report plan may also be made during this 24-hour window. To request a change, email EmoChicken_Editing@outlook.com within the refund eligibility period.
Once both payment and manuscript are received, analysis will begin within 24 hours. Reports will be delivered according to the timeline specified on the product description page. Final reports are sent as either Adobe PDF or Word documents. Clients may indicate their preferred format at the time of submission; if no preference is provided, the format best suited to the report’s content will be selected.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting a manuscript and completing payment through this website, clients agree to the following terms:
• Service Initiation: Analysis begins within 24 hours of receiving both full payment and the manuscript. Clients will receive their selected report within the timeline specified on the product description page.
• Payment and Submission: Full payment is required at the time of manuscript submission. No work will begin until both are received.
• Refunds and Changes: Clients may request a full refund or change their selected report plan within 24 hours of payment, provided the analysis has not yet begun. All requests must be submitted via email to EmoChicken_Editing@outlook.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours.
